International Yoga Day event is organized to raise awareness about health benefits of yoga and Chairman Ajay Jsola Sir also motive the participants for yoga.<\/p>\n

Yoga is an integral part of our life as it brings about balance in physical, mental and spiritual aspects of our body in harmony with nature.<\/p>\n

Many studies in today’s time have tried to demonstrate the effectiveness of modern yoga as a complementary intervention for cancer, asthma, heart diseases and mental disorders.<\/p>\n
